Contracted Mr. Racicot in May of 2021 to replace vinyl siding , add cultured stone to front of house, replace windows, asphalt shingles and to Add a front porch with steel roofing. Project was to be completed by October 2021. 2,5 years later the siding is 80% complete with pieces falling off, asphalt roof is complete but has had three leaks. Front porch is framed but not finished or roofed. Cultured stone is not even started. Mr. Racicot accepted payment and has been stringing me along for 2,5 years now. He advised that he got in financial difficulties and used my payments to complete previous jobs and is Waiting on future jobs to fund completion of my project. I am working through the complaint process with state licensing authorities and talking with a lawyer on legal options. I would not recommend Racicot construction to anyone, Mr Racicot is not an honest businessman.
