Similar to MOz, I contracted with Michigan Exterior on August 13, 2013 (Steve Noble) for gutter work and was told the work would be started in 3 weeks. I gave a deposit of $600. I contacted their business phone and Steve Noble's cell phone during this time period, requesting where on their schedule I was placed. I never received any calls in return. It has been over 10 weeks and Steve will not return my phone call or email. I will pursue the arbitration option stipulated on the contract this week. I also plan to make a complaint with the State's Attorney General and to seek a claim against their builder's license. This business completed a job for a friend of mine, so they do (or did) exist as a legitimate contractor.

I had Michigan Home Exterior contracted to perform siding job at my residence (contract signed on June 18, 2013) - gave them deposit of $1200.00 which was cashed by them on June 24, 103.
I was told the work will be done within 4-6 weeks. Now its October 15, 2013 and still no work has been done.
I had placed numerous calls and spoke to Owner (Joe Radlick, aka Joseph Daniel radlick) and his secretary Angela Radlick (who answers the number listed on their business papers 855 789 2284) and also with Steve Noble who states he is a general manager for the business - all these people told me first work will be done by August, 2013 (never happened)
In Sept, 2013 I mentioned I no longer need them to perform work and work is to be cancelled and refund my deposit back - Never received any deposit back even after Steve Noble and Joe Radlick stated they would have check sent to me.I had sent them certified mail to their Business address in Warren (11444 kaltz Ave, Warren, MI 48089) and also visited the place of business. According to building tenant - I was told they never set up their shop there and never existed. All their mail is forwarded to us postal office. Even my certified mail was sent back to me as there is no forwarding mailing address.
This business is a scam and scamming Detroit area residents.

This contractor gets a zero! They were quick installing new roof, Aug 3, 20103 and Oct 31, 2013 it was leaking and damaged my family room and daughter's room. No one called me back. Steve Noble was going to come back as a favor to Community Choice Credit Union, gave excuse about hunting or vacation. Never installed the insulation, have so many roofing contractors come and give me estimates to fix all the problems! What a joke! Any one looking to hire these guys, feel free to come to my house, still not resolved and BBB complaint letter was returned due to incorrect address.
