    $500,000

    Oren Rapaport Construction does sub par work. In our opinion; extremely poor management of funds, sub contractors and job site details. We hired Oren Rapaport to manage our remodel and 1/3 through the project he admitted he was waiting for funds from his next job to be able to continue our job despite, our full weekly up to date progress payments to Oren. After numerous promises to finish, Oren stopped showing progress and stopped showing up to our job. We had to bring in another contractor to fix the numerous mistakes by Oren’ and his sub standard sub contractors. In our opinion, if you come across Oren Rapaport construction you should run away just like he ran away from our job when he realized he was in over his head and incapable of finishing the promised product.
