Big Disappointment ! He was to repair and prevent water coming into my Florida room. Had a full rip out and install a metal tracking to have water flow away from house as per Ray's contracting. Had all work ray advised with full gut of florida room $5000.00. Rain still getting in called Ray re this he stated would come that evening after 6:00. He has never showed up! I made many attempts to contact him. His voice mail always full., but prior to being fully paid he could see who was calling and would p/u or call me back. Now full paid no response. Now Mon. 11/18/13 voice mail open have not heard anything back. He has left me hanging. Rained again water still getting in. Ray no where to be seen.!!!! had to send complaint to suffolk county dept. of consumer affairs.
