Slow to complete work, and when the work was finished is of poor quality. We had to fix a bathroom due to leak. He offered a "lifetime guarantee" and when I called him 2 years later to finish the job he referred me to another contractor. We will need to replace an uneven tile floor, fix a roof that is peeling, replace defectively installed wall mounts, and re tile corners that have cracked. This is after $20,000 for a small bathroom job.
I like giving people a chance. His workers were shoddy. Sam talks a good game, but has failed to deliver.
