Under no circumstances hire Jeremy Bradley or Bradley Built or Renovate Chicago or any other business associated. He was hired to remodel our kitchen and bathroom. After 11 months, he has officially abandoned us. We have hired our own subcontractors to complete his contracted work (which we have paid in full). In addition, we have paid to correct serious mistakes in the electrical work.
Jeremy Bradley is a poor communicator, mismanages funds, cannot coordinate a calendar, and misrepresents the truth regularly.
In one instance, after 5 months of construction, Jeremy yelled at me in my own home. He did not like the tone of an email that I sent because I 'inappropriately' expected him to complete the work in a timely manner.
Do not make the same mistake that we did. Do NOT hire Jeremy Bradley, Bradley Built, or Bradley Built General Contracting.
