Do not use Revive Restoration or let your Insurance company bring them to your home or business. We have been calling and emailing them for over a month and a half regarding our problem with no response. We recently had water damage on the 1st. floor in our home and Insurance company contracted them to fix the problem. After opening up walls and pulling up the carpet on they left dryers for moisture control which was fine. Then they wanted to put all our furniture outside in the backyard. After complaining they finally brought in a storage bin and stuffed everything inside of it. Their adjuster Estaban tried to say that our carpets were fine to reinstall even though they had mold and water damage all over them. Again it took over 2 weeks for the Insurance adjuster to come over and after seeing the damaged carpets he right away authorized for them to be replaced. Meanwhile the water damaged our kitchen tile and Ins. had them replace it. A week later we noticed a fowl sewer smell in the kitchen area. Plumber came out and said that they did not cap a old sewer line and just tiled over it and now sewer fumes coming out from under tiles. We tried calling them for 3 weeks and finally Ins. company said for us to call someone to pull up tiles and cap sewer line. Meanwhile we are still waiting for revive to open a claim for damaging our fridge when they moved it and broke our couch. Tried also to reach out to Revive owner Tyler with calls and emails. Naturally never heard back.
