My experience was very mixed in being ok and not so good. The contractor came, installed both a storm and regular door. The regular door he stained, which was acceptable.
But the storm door's lock doesn't work properly. It won't lock because the pieces that he installed are too far apart to work right. He promised to return to finish the job, which includes putting in my door plugs to cover screw holes in the door, and to finish the door threshold. He never returned to finish. He had to cut above the door to enlarge the frame in order for the door to fit which left a hole in my drywall where the trim didn't cover. He never told me.
He won't return my texts. It's been since March 2022.
