We had to turn him and his associates in to the oregon contractors board! They do NOT complete there work or finish on time. Our home contract stated that they were to have completed our home no later than August 1,2019 they were still working on it the end of December 2019. They and Clayton homes (Albany, or), just walked away and left portions half done.
They will manipulate contracts and won’t give itemizations of jobs completed—-do not use this company or Clayton homes——unethical and illegal business practices!
We had to also hire an attorney!!!
