Now, the people that read this more than likely do not know me. But please, please trust me, the following is absolutely true. You know in today's world, it is hard to find a person or company that is honest, hardworking, and have the interests of their customers first and foremost. We were lucky we found Rhodium Plumbing and more specifically Albert Castaneda. We woke up to our garage being flooded by a broken Water Softener which apparently broke due to the earthquake that night. So, after doing some research on why and especially acquiring a new Water Softener System, I called Rhodium Plumbing and talked with Albert Castaneda. I was met with professionalism and courtesy, not to mention respect. In my "old school" way, the first impression you have not only of a person, but a company is crucial in establishing trust. Al did that. He made time for us and came out to the house as promised on the very same day I called them, another great first impression. Al is very courteous, professional, and extremely quick in his work. He has forever not only earned my trust but my future business as well. He is an honest dependable, trustworthy, very knowledgeable and respectful individual. Having your Water Softener System, Gas Lines, Water Heaters, Drains Sewer, Toilets or ANY plumbing needs, I would without a second of hesitation contact Rhodium Plumbing and Albert Castaneda, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Met with Albert had tons of issues agreeing on a price after all was done
He charged me 5800$ for a re route and 2 months later it leaked .
Now I can’t get ahold of him and his phone goes straight to voicemail
