Issues pertaining to:
1. Inability to properly manage a construction schedule and have material delivered timely.
2. Failure to complete Payments to Subcontractors and misappropriation of Client Payments; not in compliance with C.R.S. 38-22-127.
3. Defective construction practices and improper work installations.Due to these mentioned issues and other issues experienced also associated with timing, scheduling, warranty and liability, RI Shook has been reviewed fairly and equitably. Engaging in Project work with this Company is not recommended.
