    I have know the Dischert's for almost two decades .
    I never thought of contacting Jim until the 23rd hour of my planned start kitchen demo & renovation.
    The Angies list contractors were making me nervous with their tactics .
    I called Jim & they came out to see the plans & estimate work/renovation.

    Jim actual referred a contractor who they work with .
    Contractor came out , asked me for my list and plans .
    NO BS or overselling himself.
    I decided on this contractor before I received the estimate .

    Richard Dischert handled all the plumbing & really saved me from making a drastic mistake on the HVAC vent relocation.

    Jimmy oversaw most the plumbing .
    Richard strongly suggested that I change my original plan to take out the entire partition wall , instead keep my existing window & kitchen out side exhaust fan .
    thus keeping the existing 2nd story runs /vents in place..

    Richard saved me a lot of aggravation and some money .

    There is no classroom that can substitute for experience..
    There is not a price you can put on creditability & honesty .

    I was fortunate to have three generations of Dischert's on my renovation.
