Quality of work is not up to par. Customer service is extremely lacking. Reliability - meeting timelines terrible. Riddell definitely has potential however, potential doesn't cut the mustard! Even the contract itself was inappropriate - lacked specificity and too open-ended. To be quite honest, he is not committed to the business and does not dedicate the proper time to projects nor customer satisfaction. He won't provide you a time-line because he can't and doesn't have a team rather he is restricted/reliant to whomever is available and skilled enough to help him out! Perhaps you will have better luck than I did.
