Ridley's Plumbing will not perform under building permits because he has no clue what he is doing. Should not have a license. 1. He installed Rough-in waste vents flat on the ground, instead of at a 45° angle, so sewage will enter and block the vents with fecal matter. 2. He installed the toilet rough-in too close to wall, so no toilet fits. 3. He installed a shower rough-in crooked, so the shower drain is tilted and a tripping hazard. no plumber will work with that. Ridley Plumbing does not deserve any star from me. Make sure you get a building permit, and pay this guy AFTER inspection!
