    siding and basement floors

    We called to get our siding and basement floors/ walls redone. The work looks sooo good. They are professional and gets the job done. Our basement floors are pristine white tile. Gorgeous and the siding is just what we wanted after someone crashed into our house. They have a plethora or colors and options to choose from. Definitely will recommend!

    After searching around for a company to make some changes and remodeling to my home i can across RIJI Home improvements and Handywork.
    There prices were the best and well with in my budget and i was able to get everything i needed. There team with Joe and Raul were very knowledgeable and were able to answer every question i had. They worked around my schedule and made sure that both myself and my wife were both there. There is no job this company can't handle. I was very pleased with my conversation with Joe who tended to my needs a directed me in the right direction. He kept up with me and made sure i was in good hands. Im happy that i choose to do business with this company and will be using them again for my next project. Try them out you will be very pleased.

    My project with them was a 800sqft garage conversion ADU

    Had the pleasure of working with Jimmy (project manager) and Joe (owner) for this project, both of whom I highly recommend working with. My project with them was a 800sqft garage conversion ADU, which turned out beautifully as shown in the pictures below.

    Jimmy was a very pleasant and responsible PM, very easy to talk to and always on top of scheduling. He would frequently stop by the site to make sure work was going as expected, and would brief me on things such as what work needed to be done next and what needed to be bought. For owners that are doing this for the first time, he is the kind of PM you'd want.

    I also have the utmost respect for Joe, who was the reason I decided to go with RIJI in the first place. He was easygoing, an efficient PM that kept work on track, and overall an extremely dependable individual you'd want to entrust your project to.

    Working with Jimmy and Joe felt like working with friends and that's exactly what you want with a construction project spanning months. A heartfelt thank you to both of them and all the workers at RIJI Home improvements for a job well done on my ADU.

    I recently had kitchen floor reinstallation from RIJI Home improvements (RHI), and it was a very good experience. Before reaching out to RHI, I had contacted 4 other contractors and found difficultly to get good response (some of them stopped communicating suddenly), but when I met IB (our project manager) for estimation, I felt I could finally find a right contractor, and that my first impression was right!
    - Fast and clear estimation
    - Clear explanation on what to be done, when
    - On schedule
    - Professional workers, teamwork
    - Meticulous work
    - Make sure whether the client is satisfied with the work
    - Cleaning after the project

    IB came to the site every day to check everything was on the right track. If I had any concern, he addressed it and made it clear or gave necessary instructions to his workers.

    He estimated the duration of work to be 5-7 days, and the project was completed with 5.5 actual working days. (including holiday, it was completed in 7 days in total)
    Finding a trustworthy contractor is the most important thing and also challenging, but I was very happy to work with them.

    We worked with Bill and RIJI Home improvements in Dec 2022 and they started work immediately after we received approval from our HOA in Jan 2023. Bill listened to our need of increasing parking space to our existing driveway. He gave us good recommendations to remove an existing tree so we can enlarge the new paver area so we can park an additional 3 cars. He helped us draw up the plan for submission to our HOA, and was quick to respond for additional info from our HOA via text and email. My wife had a lot of questions throughout the process and Bill was very patient and customer focused in addressing her concerns. The actual demo and paver installation work was completed in 3 days which exceeded our expectations.

    The day after the completed installation, my wife noticed oil stains on a couple of the pavers. We texted the picture to Bill and he arranged the crew to come out the next day to take a look. To make sure my wife was happy with the results, Bill had the crew replaced the two pavers with oil stain and a few other pavers with scratch marks. We thought it will be an easy task, but the crew had to chip each paver individually out and reapply the polymeric sand.

    To make sure we were completely happy with the results, Bill went an extra step and scheduled Bates Clean and Seal to come out and give us a complementary chemical wash for the entire paver area for a sparkling finish.

    That is why we highly recommend Bill and RIJI Home improvements who stand behind their product and work to the customer's satisfaction!

    Some of our neighbors walked by and asked about the project and I gladly referred them to Bill.
