We contracted with Riverside for repairs to a pre-1978 residence, not only did they follow the required lead based paint procedures properly but also communicated about other issues discovered (dry rot) and matched the existing interior and exterior finishes with expertise. Casey established clear communication, exhibited concern for the resident and gave us confidence in his knowledge and experience.
