poor experience. RMR was hired through a management company. $227 was charged for the repair of a single wobbly tile. the contractor only regrouted the one tile and did not reseat the tile. Problem persists. Felt ripped off for grouting a single tile at $227. Work to be performed was vague and came to find out that only 1 tile was re-grouted.
