Roadrunner Restoration is not a company worthy of your business or trust! My home stands as proof! They employed unethical engineers to appease the city. From stem to stern, this place jacked. If they had only met the least acceptable standard, but had the conviction that they could freely do the worst and reap unentitled rewards! There day in court is on the horizon and there are not enough excuses to cover their illegal work! Boils down to permits! No way my insurance company maxed my claim for a 10% fire damaged property. It’s now been five years since the fire and still Roadrunner affects my life daily. High utility bills, HVAC cools one side of home, structural issues, fire damaged materials, electrical and plumbing issues. These cats even short sheeted the shingles! Last week, the toilet was replaced because RR are idiots! Crooked Idiots! Roadrunner Restoration has a long list of victims! There is no reason an 1,100 sq ft home takes 10 months to them to claim “we’re done”. There was no electrical service that day! There was no Fire Remediation!!!
