Robert Harris built our home here in Georgia. It is the most inefficient home I ever lived in. Their plumbers did NOT "sweat all the joints". Had numerous leaks in my walls that I had to fix. Now years later I found more leaks due to the smell mold in certain areas of the house. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAPPY BUILDER.

I have one of Robert Harris beautiful homes in a golf community in Georgia. Beautiful on the outside but poorly built. (2 stars only because it is so pretty to look at with its turrets - like a storybook). From the electrical issues which were out of code, to structural issues (on the roof no less) cutting truss boards too short to not support the weight of the home, then there is the sink hole in my backyard they created by being too lazy to haul off debris that I have to dig out and fill every 7 years, plus the newest find when we removed the deck that the back half of my chimney does not have a foundation under it and I will have to pier chimney at the cost of $1500 to do! The company built a few others in my subdivision and our joke is that the walls are never plumb (another issue as well you encounter when you are working with your floors or changing interior doors. Ahh ... the hits just keep on coming.
