We took on a full gut job of our living room and den, knocking down a load bearing wall, vaulting our ceilings into the attic space, and rebuilding a new chimney structure to house our 3 sided fireplace insert. Needless to say, it was no small job.
We feel so lucky to have found Robert. We hired him to do all of the framing on our project, but he also supervised demolition, and really went above and beyond his call of duty.
Robert and his crew are very professional and efficient. Everyday he was punctual, and thanks to him, we were able to run very much on schedule. As the project progressed, we realized that some of the adjustments that we thought we had communicated to our structural engineer, were actually not reflected in the plans. Robert was able to work with our structural engineer over the phone and email, and come up with some creative solutions, saving us a lot of money and headache.
He did such a great job framing, we hired him to do the finish tongue and groove work on our ceiling. By this time, we knew his attention to detail wouldn't leave us with anything but a perfect outcome, and it didn't. The ceiling is gorgeous.
Robert gave 200% to our project and we can't say enough great things about him. We hope to work with Robert again in the future and we highly recommend him.

Robert and his brother re-did a balcony we had that was rotting away. This was several years ago and it still looks brand new. He built a super solid foundation and then we put trex for planks and railing. Not only does it look nice but it'll last forever.
They were fast, efficient, reliable and reasonably priced. Robert really knows what he's doing! Highly recommend.
