Jim Romani is an excellent contractor who builds luxury homes with great attention to every detail. He is on the job site every day and has multiple subcontractors and trades working every day, so the job gets completed quickly. Our 5000+ square foot home went from demolition of the old structure to completion of the new home in less than one year, and stayed within budget even though we added many items, including resurfacing and fencing an existing tennis court. Jim does not charge for "changes" or extras - instead, his fee is a percentage of the costs, and he works hard to keep the material and subcontractor costs as low as possible.
