  I was first introduced to Ron Rhodes The Plumber when i had my Home Owner Warranty. He fixed my A/C unit and took the time to not only explain what he did, but do also give me helpful hints on how to maintain it - which has helped me A LOT of the past few years. I needed help again recently, had kept his card on hand noting he was extremely helpful, and called him directly. He came out at my convenience and is a Miracle Worker! He aided me in several delimnas, steered me in the right direction to remedy things saving me about $2,000 and he only charged me $50. A great, caring person AND he knows what he's doing! I even recommended him to the building i work in! I was call Ron Rhodes every time i've got an issue that requires his expertise.

  heater repair

  What a jerk. Was hired by home warranty company to repair heater. Was unhappy that my thermostat was missing. I had removed it to see if it was broken because heater didn't work. He left job without checking heater. I told him he was unprofessional. Wouldn't want him in my house anyways. Rude, unhappy man. no wonder there are several complaints on this website.

  Ron Rhodes was in and out of my house in five minutes to misdiagnose an A/C problem. He is incompetent. Save yourself the money and look elsewhere.

  What a gem! He was at my house in 45 minutes; fixed my a/c unit and 5 minutes, and was such a nice person. I will be calling him again definitely. I also phoned my home warranty company to let them know how pleased I was with him.

  Vicious and rude is how I describe this man. He came into my house and rushed me through a description of the problem. He complained that my dogs wanted to lick him too much. When he was put on hold with my warrantee company he got irritated and impatient. He ended up telling my warrantee company that he thought my air conditioning unit was damaged in an abnormal way. I guess suggesting I did something to it. I have to pay for another opinion and I'm in the heat. I suggest no one use this guy unless you want to be abused. Oh and as for disappearing (as the last review suggested he didn't) Ron the Plumber was MIA after he lied to the warratee company.

  Mr. Rhodes was very efficient - we hired him to do a residential plumbing problem. He was timely; worked quickly and efficiently. Told us up front what he thought could happen, or not, (also weighed out our pro's and con's) and was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was quite reasonable in his pricing as well. We feel very lucky to have found him - as our last plumber we were using from time to time seemed to have disappeared. Mr. Rhodes has been in Riverside for many years he tells us - and has a upscale clientele base as well. We would highly recommend this gentleman. He tells us he also does heating and air conditioning. Thanks for this website too !! Gene and Cheryl, Riverside, CA
