Good at explaining what needs to be done, and keeping you up to date on status of job, materials, etc. No issues really from my point of view.

Very bad experience. I paid more than the contracted price and he left the job unfinished. He worked partial days and came and went whenever he was in the mood.

Wmg is disgruntled because we ran out of money on phase one of her addition/ rehab job. I did thed job time and materials, didn't mark up any subs or materials. All reciepts were submitted to and paid by her. We went 5 G over on phase one addition due to lack of oversight n my part. 4 pocket doors, custom closets, extra tile(custom install)and custom paint(originally to be done by her).I wanted her to have thebest job I could give her ,as she is my neighbor of 20 yrs and told her you only do it once, so lets do it the way you want.Phase 2 ,(original house) came and she wasnt going to make up the difference, so I worked for 1/2 pay and finished the job.100%It took longer because working alonetakes exponentially longerthen with a helper. She got the house of her dreams andI got this webpage.Yes she took it upon herself to open this acct so she could write a poor review. Whatta Gal! Too bad we don't talk anymore.Any other contractor would've made his pay plus 10-20% profit.200Gs job. Do the math. She stuck me w/ the excavator bill of 2500 because he never billed me for 6 mos and by then things went south. I hope she and the nitwit ssi prince are sleeping well.
