A BIG RED FLAG ! ..... Don’t allow Raul Sanchez to do any construction that requires skill and knowledge related to contracting . We allowed this inadequate contractor to roof an existing addition and found out 2 years after he finished , that the roof leaked and was illegally installed . When investigated by an actual roofer , Raul Sanchez not only used inadequate materials, but the roof was installed improperly.

Well where do I start . Raul was very honest and did everything we asked from him. We are so pleased we hired him to do our addition and kitchen also 2 remodeled restrooms. We have recommended him to all our friends and family members and the ones who have used him are also pleased with his work. Again we were very satisfied with his work and he is very honest compared to all those other contractors we encountered

Where would you like me to start ? This Clown ( Raul Sanchez Jr. ) , turned out to be the worst contractor ever . Unscrupulous , Incompetent and ABSOLUTELY THE MOST DISHONEST CONTRACTOR we and a few more of his prior clients found out . We came to know these prior clients through our legal dealings with Sanchez . We won a case based solely on his "Own Work" , which we documented throughout . Found ourselves in a catch-22 due to amount invested . I currently have a file case with the CSLB and I still maintain all Records,Photographs and Legal Documents to the admission of his guilt .
