This company installed a roof on our house, poorly. You should be able to take pride in a new roof, but looking at it makes us angry. They don't know how to install flashing, so the roof leaks. We had to have someone come out twice to "properly fix" the first leak, which was due to not having flashing properly installed between a wall and the roof. The repair looks awful, something that shouldn't be on a new roof. The first leak stopped, but who knows how long their "fix" will last. The second leak is by the corner of the chimney, which was attempted to be repaired twice (two separate occasions, so four times coming out for leaks), but yet still leaks. The flashing around the chimney looks awful. It sticks out, very messy caulking, not uniform at all. No wonder why it leaks. Also, the front corners of the roof are not right, they look very tacky. In comparison to a new roof on another house, it just doesn't look right. They told us that they re-use old flashing when it looks ok, which just tells me they like to cut-corners instead of doing the job right. We're tired of dealing with them. They come when you call, but the result is never right.
