Less than one year ago, we had our deck and outdoor patio area wood stained, and had our bluestone patio sealed. While the team worked many hours in this, the quality of the work and finishing just one year later is horrendous. It looks worse than before the staining was done. Despite multiple attempts to email and call Deck Restoration Plus, I have not had a single email or returned call. I would at least expect this courtesy after spending more than $5000 on this project. We are very unsatisfied with this work and don’t believe management was involved at all from start to finish in ensuring a high quality and enduring finish. We are unsatisfied customers.
