Martin Loya took a check from us for $2,000.00 on December 24, 2012 for a roof repair which he committed to do within the next 2 weeks. The check was cashed on on December 27, 2012. In early January we called Martin to find out why the repair was not made. He replied "your check didn't clear". We informed him that we had just gone online to confirm that he deposited it and it had cleared Dec. 27 and he responed ......"oh yea, well I had to use it to pay for my insurance, I can't stay open without insurance". We told him that the roof was leaking into the bedroom and we needed him to fix it immediately. His response was that materials were purchased and he was waiting for warmer weather and he would work on it. Since that conversation he has not shown up to do the repairs nor has he returned multiple calls to both his Business and cell. The leak has gotten progressively worse. In searching the web we noted that his Better Business Bureau accreditation had been revoked Jaunary 10, 2013 for failure to respond to a customer complaint.

I have the same complaint everyone else does. Response to calls is poor to none at this point. I have a leak and the foam is exposed on one of my roofs and its been two weeks since owner was out to my house to see it. Still no idea when he plans on showing up. There is no accountability and awareness of customer service that one would expect from a company in business this long. Unfortunately, I bought the house with the roof on it already so there is a warranty issue if I should use someone else.. Buyer Beware!
