Dales work was very good in the begining however if you use this contractor dont expect him to come back around to finish any details that are left undone. I was waiting for him to come back to finish several little odds and ends and when he didnt show three days later (and this was not the first time) I received a text telling me a homeowner had an issue he had to attend to..Ok I do believe I am a homeowner too. i allowed Dale to use my name as a personal reference to get a job he really wanted and still he did not come back to finish. I finally just told him to forget it. So his work is good his follow up ...not so much.
