    I carried my old vinyl windows off my screen enclosure to Schnorr Home Improvements . I was quoted $15 dollars a window to replace the vinyl in each window by the secretary on two different occasions when I called for pricing. It was about 13 windows. To my surprise when I returned to picked them up they wanted to charge me $654.00. Of course, The secretary did not admit to what she quoted. They are dishonest and I don’t recommend this company.
