He quoted $600 for the job, and charged $900 claiming materials were not included in the quote. The job took 1 1/2 hours and used $70 of materials, you do the math.

I'm posting this on behalf of my family in Whitehall, PA. Installation of my families' heating unit was unprofessional, sloppy, careless and overall shady. Technicians were completely unqualified and inept at providing such service. They were not trained properly and should not be allowed to work onsite with customer without supervision. Even the unit itself is cheap. We expressed our dissatisfaction with the unit and the service and Scott Williams the owner has been unavailable to return our call or visit our home to see the shoddy job that his technicians provided. Next step will be to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to make sure this does not happen to any other customer out there. The good news is that we haven't paid Scott Williams a dime and we don't intend to until he fixes this mess. At this point we don't even think he can fix it. Be warned!
