My name is Frank DeSantis in Veronawalk I signed a contract and gave a deposit with Moises the representive on 7/11/2022 for a new screen enclosure and to have our floor painted. Moises told us it would take 6 to 8 weeks. We called to follow up in October and come to find out our permit wasn't submitted until we called. The girl in the office Tracy was rude and condescending and said it will be scheduled in January and no date was ever mentioned. So we decided to have our pool resurfaced and told Moises and Courtney to put us on the schedule for March. I called February 20th and guess what we are not on the schedule. They have not followed though on anything they promised. absolutly horrible. Save yourself the aggravation and go with a reputable company
