The company was referred to me by a friend. I felt comfortable with the price of 11,000 to do a small bathroom and a back room but it changed when he kept adding more to the price which ended up being a whopping $13,000.
They did a POOR job in the bathroom. They never came to work the first Saturday and never returned my calls. The following Saturday by noon I left a message for them to come get their equipment because I did not want them back. Suddenly, Serafin called me and when I refused to accept his call, he came to my home with excuses. (An hour later three workers came). I told them they must finish within two days. In which they did.
After I gave full payment, that evening I went into the bathroom to see that it was not done well. I know I should have checked thoroughly but I just wanted them out! The stand up shower had no fixtures in it and no drain, the walls were bumpy, the sink and toilet were leaking, the shower wall was up to the ceiling so their is no way the steam can come out when im done and they covered the only vent in where the heat comes in!!
He was suppose to come last week but did not and did not call again. Last night I contacted him and again with excuses. Supposedly he is coming today.
Because he seemed so trust worthy we did not make contracts nor receipts so i'm stuck.
He lost out on being able to complete the rest of the apartment and two other homes that needed work. I had to hire someone else to complete the apartment.
Very disappointed, disheartened, and disrespected.
