    I strongly advise against hiring John Sevilla. While he may come across as polite and professional at first, my experience was the complete opposite. He took my money, did a terrible job, failed to complete the job, and then disappeared, refusing to respond to calls or messages.

    Throughout the process, John lied about timelines, made excuses and numerous mistakes which are still not fixed, and ultimately abandoned the project, leaving me with unfinished work and financial losses. Despite multiple opportunities to make things right, he never did. His immense dishonesty and lack of integrity makes John Sevilla completely untrustworthy.

    If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this contractor at all costs. I regret ever hiring him and hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake.
