Highly disappointed on 2 levels! 1st... I do not know if their work is good. Here is why. Today, 10/20/23 I had an appointment for an estimate. I explained that a previous fence company did a lousy job and they were going to remove their fence and I was getting estimates to replace it. I missed the appointment because I rushed to the hospital to meet my brand new baby granddaughter and completely lost track of time. I was in the hospital an unable to answer my phone. I was over an hour late. I called and explained my situation and apologized and asked if I could reschedule. The answer was a stern "NO" if there is one "no-show". It is their policy. I understand how important their time is. I guess their advertisement being a family owned and operated business doesn't mean they understand or have exceptions for emergencies or "family" issues. That shows a tremendous lack of understanding and professionalism. Having no exceptions to their policies shows a serious lack of vision and business acumen. 2nd... as a fellow veteran I expected a lot more than that. I guess they really never had the experience as I did that someone always has your back. We veterans look out for each other... period! I gave them 2 stars because they did one thing right. They saved me the trouble of hiring them given the above reasons. I am looking elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.
