Watch out for this guy, he offers a good price but uses low quality sub-contractors. He has very little knowledge of construction and does not back up his word. Our job took almost a year and certain things were never finished.

We got touched with the owner Chris Nola in 2023 for our house renovation. He said we need a dry well and we paid him upfront $6380. Later on, the quote for the house project is a way higher than our budget and we decided not moving forward. We politely appreciated his work and request him to refund the payment for dry well. Unfortunately we got very rare response from him and each reply is about deferring the refund. When we hire a lawyer to file the paper and we found he is bankrupt and his company has multiple lawsuits all related to the contract issue. We are very upset about this cheating behavior. Fortunately we didn't move forward with him about our house renovation project. We will fill the lawsuits against his company next.
