I want to reach out and recommend a local licensed contractor that I was referred to. Silver State Renovations is a true gem, reminiscent of the way things used to be done, with hard work, knowledge and integrity. Joe Stempeck is the owner, you won't find a more honest or committed guy. He thoroughly accessed the project giving me a fair and final cost (that NEVER changed) to do the job completely and to my satisfaction. When he found existing hidden "little" things like incorrectly routed electrical wires and seeping pipes along the way, there were no additional costs to me, just honest and thoughtful repairs to make sure I didn't face further issues down the road. You just don't find that kind of work ethic anymore. His lead guy Damion is an artist in his carpentry skills, absolutely impeccable work!! He and his crew showed up every day on time and with great attitudes. All very professional and they speak English to boot! They cleaned up and removed every bit of construction debris on a daily basis. I honestly can't say enough good things about them. You will be thoroughly impressed and delighted with his work, I know I AM!
