They also gave me a good offer, I knw because I contacted several other contractors. The project started soon after we signed a contract and project manager and his team were very easy to work with. The communication was great, they were honest and did everything as they said at the start. The project was finished in a timely manner and costs were within my budget.   What a great contractor and what a great experience I had with Sky Remodeling. I went with them on complete house build, so very big, very expensive project but I was lucky I hired them. There were some issue, nothing special and Sky Remodeling team resolved everything easily and there were no extra costs and project was finished ahead of schedule.   I would never recommend this company. They make promises they cant keep. Well known to ask for a draw on monies not yet owed to them and purchases materials with it for other jobs. Then after agreeing to give them money you wouldn't see them for days. this company is well known to use other companies to do the work. Way over charged us for complete electrical work on our home, paid them after completion just to fail inspection. and charge us an additional $4,000.00 to make corrections to the work they just finished. months later two outlets failed. Every time you plugged something into them it sparked because of the wiring they installed was cut too short and not enough wire to connect it properly. After inspecting the attic, these guys from sky did not remove the old wiring. There was also two outlets that never got rewired. still had the old wire they claimed was to dangerous to not replace. Oh did I mention the so called owner of sky or one of many stepped though the hallway ceiling. guess he forgot that drywall does not support anyone using it to stand on.funny thing is, that was repaired taped and shot with acoustic the same day. only time any work they performed was done in a timely manner. this was one story of many from a $64,000.00 remodel project we allowed them to do only because they started multiple projects that were incomplete within the first month they were here. It was one of the contractors they hired that tipped us off about there shotty business practices and if someday he should read this. I would like to say thanks for the tips. After this I watch these characters like a hawk and stayed on top of the rest of the remodel. Steer away from hiring sky.
