Let me start by saying I was incredibly skeptical of contractors because I’ve heard nothing but negative things like, “My contractors walked out mid-project & took my money,” or “They promised to be done in 8 weeks & now 6 mos later, I still have no kitchen,” or “This is my 3rd contractor. They don’t show up regularly & when they’re here, they only stay a little while, but I’m desperate. I need someone to finish this,” etc. So, you can imagine my fear as a new homeowner w/special needs who needed a new bathroom asap.
Gus immediately tackled my full bathroom renovation, painted the entire inside of my house & did a few small side projects. He’d come early & stay late, and heck, he even worked a Saturday! I should also say, I was living 2½ hours away during this renovation. He’d regularly send me pictures & short videos of his work. He’d text, ask questions & update me.
