Their willingness to assist with adjacent properties, including touch-ups to the neighboring roofs, truly set them apart. Communication was clear and constant, paving the way for a smooth project progression.

  The renovation itself was a grand success. With a budget of 225K, Tim's team not only added a beautiful roof deck but also excelled in the overall design of the addition. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every aspect of the construction.

  Ultimately, we were able to flip the property at a great price, thanks to the meticulous work and exceptional craftsmanship of Tim and his team. I would highly recommend them for any renovation projects, as their professionalism and dedication are unmatched.

  Working with Tim on my townhouse flipping project was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Despite initial skepticism, I was quickly impressed by Tim’s professionalism, transparency, and commitment to ensuring my satisfaction throughout the entire process.   This contractor is very dishonest, unprofessional, and has a very arrogant attitude as well as disposition about himself.
  I honestly don’t know how many people are within the company itself, but I personally did business with Tim Gu. I hired him to refinish some things in my home after experiencing a devastating fire in my home on May 22, 2022.. There was a total of 25k involved in the rebuild , however he did not complete not one single thing according to our contract. In fact, he robbed me of the last 8k in which I had given him as a deposit to refinish the first floor of my home.
  I would not ever hire him again, and definitely would not refer nor recommend him to any customer whatsoever.
  I am awaiting my day in court to address this issue between Tim and I !!!
  If you are looking to hire a contractor who is honest, professional, and willing to have your contractor listen when you have concerns about your project TIM GU IS NOT THE PERSON FOR YOUR JOB !!!
  He can be persuasive when engaging in a conversation, as he was with me.
  I HAVE REALLY LEARNED A VALUABLE LESSON IN DEALING WITH TIM !!!
