Brett Small Construction has done a number of home improvement projects for me over the years including installing over a dozen new windows, ceiling fans, gutting and redoing my entire kitchen (including floor and wall tiles, marble counter tops). Brett, is a very detailed oriented and meticulous person. He believes that if something has to be at 90 degrees, it should not be 89 or 91 BUT 90. He listens to the customer, analyzes the customer's request to see if there's a a better but less expensive way of achieving the same goals. Brett works with customer and as he has said to me before, "it's your money, but you can get the same result doing it another way".
Brett treats each job as if it's his house he is working on. I have come to rely on his firm to undertake my jobs knowing that I'll be satisfied when it's completed. I have referred Brett Small Construction to other acquaintances who had a small project, but based on his workmanship and attention to detail he has become the point company for their many other major home improvement projects. His company works on ONLY one job at a time, unlike others.
I strongly recommend this firm for your next project.
