Had this company to build a 8x16 block and concrete porch on my house and I thought that it would be done right. after paying the contractor for the job he left concrete splattered all over the siding and even on the window screen he did not install the siding back onto the house. he also left the edges and corners of the porch very rough and ragged the side of the concrete pad still has holes in it where he did finish it. the pad drops in the middle of the run about 1/2 inch from corner to corner the deck of the porch has two different textures from light to heavy light on both ends and heavy in the middle. the deck also has bad looking dark swirl marks. they didn't put the soil back around the block I had to do that my self and the biggest mistake i made was thinking he was going to get permits to do this job and now I know he did not and that really upsets me. when he back filled the for the porch he said he didnt have to pack the soil it would pack it self I now know that I made a mistake in hiring this company but you need to trust that a company will do right when they know the laws and right way to do. it looks like I hired some one from the street to do it I guess we all throw money away by not checking out the company
