We have used Mike Smith's services for over 10 years now. Everytime we have been very happy with the honest service that was provided. Our current system wasnt working and we had 3 contractors come and they all told us to change the existing 10 year old system because it was broken but we weren't ready to pay a whole lot more until we were sure as it really needed replacement. We had Smith HVAC come out today and they were able to fix it in a matter of few minutes. They are very honest and just saved us a ton of money.

I called Smith Hvac the 1st week of May, said I needed a estimate for air-conditioner work. Mike Smith gave me a phone number to call of one of his employees Dan Smith. Dan Smith came out in a Smith hvac company truck gave me an estimate for 3200.00 and said I would have to give him half the money to get started. Before I gave him the money I asked for insurance he said it was his fathers insurance Mike Smith-- Smith Hvac after stalling for a couple of weeks I get a text message that he was a Heroin addict and was unable to do the job , he said he purchased all the equipment to do the job , he said it was in the company warehouse. I called Mike Smith and he said that Dan had only purchased one small part and that he has no responsibility in this matter. I called Smith Hvac for the job, a SmithHvac employee in a Smith Hvac truck who said he had Smith Hvac insurance took my 1600. dollars gave me a receipt in the name of Dan Smith. I am living on 1800 dollars a month retirement and this has hurt my finances very much. I just want my money back.
