This company was terrible. I had a project scheduled with them until they canceled the night before work was supposed to begin. They claimed that there was a "miscommunication" when we discussed what the project would include as well as pricing, however, another person was with me when I was on the phone with them, and confirmed what we had discussed. I believe that they had another project offer that was more profitable than mine, and greed won out. They knew they were setting my entire remodeling project back by making me start from scratch to find someone for the work that they were scheduled to do, yet they never once offered to resolve the issue by rescheduling for another date or sending someone else out later than scheduled. All they kept saying was that they simply wouldn't be able to do the work. It also did not add up that they had to cancel my project because it was actually less work than they claim they had scheduled for. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you choose to use their services, make sure everything is in writing. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and greedy.
