Permits
- Building permit records show that Sorin's Construction has worked on 20 permitted projects.
He is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. The list of hidden corners he cut is very long and I have receipts, pictures and records to prove it. To name a few, he did not replace the insulation on the outside walls after removing the old, he installed new windows incorrectly and again with out insulation and I had to have them reinstalled, he put in a new furnace without the proper insulation, the pipes froze and when they defrosted, flooded my kitchen and dining room. The gas company told me it had been installed without being up to code and I had to pay thousands to move it to a new place, He did not insulate my water pipes and they burst, ceiling lights were installed without the boxes, just wire into wood! He did not finished the roof line on the new roof leaving exposed wood, no fascia or soffits or gutters! The list is so long and he cost me so much extra money. Please DO NOT Use HIM! I am happy to show you all of the proof.
