I contracted southedge to create an extra room with our living room, fix the ceiling, make a half bath to a whole bath, and put a garbage disposal and dishwasher in the kitchen and a window in the bathroom. A year later and they still haven’t come back to fix problems. Their year warranty is worthless. For over a month we haven’t been able to use the dishwasher since the garbage disposal stopped working. The bathroom has had banging pipes since day one. The shower sweep is an inch above the frame so it does nothing. The tile work in the bathroom is horrible with peaks and valleys. They cut the carpet too short going into bathroom so it popped out right off the back too. The doors that they framed have big gaps at the bottom. They just put up more plaster on the ceiling but to me it still looks like there was water damage. I would have paid more if they said they had to rip out ceiling and put up new drywall. When I said something about the ceiling one of the guys said well the rest of the house looks like this what does it matter. I found liquor bottles in the dumpster. I was hoping that they would at least take care of these things but we get no answer or dates and times set up and then they reschedule. We have called and text multiple times and with no answer and when the owner does answer he says he has to call us back but never does. No help once they got their money.
