This home I have is old, with knob and tube wiring throughout. After having supposed experts come, charge me, and be ineffective at helping me with my continual electrical problems, I contacted All HVAC and Electrical based on a referral. Mr. Spearman, who is an actual certified master electrician (I checked), came out and informed me of what needed to be done, which included the rewiring of my home and bringing it up to code and today's safety standards. The work was completed in a timely manner and the pricing was very reasonable, compared with other companies. I have not had any other problems with my electrical system since, and so when I had issues with my heating system, I contacted them again and he came out and had everything assessed and work completed within 2 days, the first being the consultation. I am happy to have found a company where the owner knows what he's doing and didn't attempt to overcharge me, as I am not a wealthy woman. I recommend All HVAC and Electrical to anyone who needs this type of work done and I would not hesitate to call Mr. Spearman if any further need arises. (It is very easy to check Mr. Spearman's qualifications for HVAC and electrical online, as that is exactly what I did. IDK if posting a link where I found the HVAC cert is allowed, but if not, I'll repost without the link) https://www.contractingbusiness.com/commercial-hvac/article/20868544/rses-members-awarded-cmcms-status

By Sheila W.February 27, 2022Whole house electrical$15,000
I hired (not for cheap) this company to do electrical while house and his plumber company partner (house down to studs). This company owner has no professional expertise in the electrical space and work is done consistent with a training student. He clearly knows equally unqualified inspectors who approve his work to get through the city process. Upon questioning the work consistently and being disrespectful and unprofessional citing his expertise he refused to modify work. Due to safety concerns for family with substandard work I called the city. The head of electrical in the city came out at my request and the company owner was cited more violations then one can imagine that will cost considerably and we had to halt work. Despite this he refused to respond to correct. Would highly recommend choosing another company for the safety of your property and family as I have had to engage a lawyer. His insurance company and the saga continues. I will be posting for reviews so no one goes through this in the future.

I can back up Sheila W's review as accurate as I had to speak to this contractor in a failed attempt to get him to correct his work. He is rude, unprofessional and his work was substandard as verified by the City of Philadelphia. I recommend doing a thorough check on any contractor who will be coming into your home and taking your money. Lawsuits are matters of public record, by the way.
