  Built a full house from m foundation up + a pump house

  When no one else was daring taking on my unique little built, Darrell came through after being abandoned by my original builder, he and his crew were patient with me and my last minute changes every step of the way and I now live in my dream home... 2 years later, he still is the one I call anytime I have smaller project around the place and he always make them happen in timely fashion. Thank you square D!

  Darrell, owner of Square D, does not communicate well. he never returns calls or keep you up to date on progress. he was paid too early and disappeared the same day with no word whatsoever. 2 days later all of his tools were gone with no warning or word on when he might return. he never did return leaving me in the lurch with $15000 to $20000 of work yet to be done. he failed to reimburse me for over $1500 of personal money used as labor and supplies. he made promises to do work but never paid for or ordered that work to be done and blames me for going over budget when he makes all of the decisions. then he quits. he denies agreeing to do work and then accuses me of breaching the contract when he approved work broke his agreements and breached the contract himself. his work is only second rate and his workers walk around doing nothing most of the time. he left me with no counters or sinks, no carpeting or flooring throughout most of the house. poor paint job, sprayed late at night and the primer shows through on many walls, baseboards are missing or unfinished. closet doors and sinks were purchased but never installed. there is a hole in my roof and exterior wall where the old electrical was removed. exterior painting is unfinished and bare wood is left exposed. when I tried to settle through BBB because of his refusal to communicate, he refused to reply there as well. Now I am going to try and settle through the licensing board and am forced to delay even longer putting my house on the market costing me thousands in payments and having to hire a different contractor to fix what he never did but was paid for in full.my experience with him was a nightmare, I would never recommend Square D to anyone. find an honest contractor. I would never trust Square D with another project.
