Clymer installed a new central air system for me in 2023. In 2024 it wasn't operating at full efficiency, and had trouble cooling the house. He came and topped up the refrigerant free of charge, as it within a year of installation. It seemed to perform better after that.
This year, same problem, so I called him and he came out and replaced the filter, despite my having told him I'd already ordered a new one, and refilled the refrigerant. This cost me $498. It was first thing in the morning and I had to get the kids to school, so I paid. He did not fix the problem.
Now he's ghosting me.
