If not in jail...he belongs there! I gave him $5000.00 deposit to show that I was ready to start the work, We mutually agreed to used a Bank "TD" to start the work following the bank guidelines and process, at soon as the Bank ask him for the pertmits before the first draft he start giving me hart time, after back and forth he agreed to continue with the job. When we agreed the $5000 deposit will be used to pay for the plans that he quote me $2300, I ask him for a receipt and he got upset saying he work do the work unless I pay him 10% out of my pocket and he won't pay me my money back. I will contact an attorney and I will contact: Department of Business & Professional Regulation.
