Please do not use this contractor. Had a terrible experience with substandard workmanship. Extremely poor job of laying carpet and repairing tile. Save your money and your time with this contractor. Over priced and under delivered.

BCS Restoration was a Safeco insurance referral and we had deliberately selected them because they were 5-6 miles from our home. Appointments were constantly missed, sloppy work, negligent with surrounding area (washer/dryer dinged and hose from washing machine left laying idle in wall, etc.) and total disorganization in submitting paperwork to insurance company. A three-week job turned into a three-month escapade with the result of extremely subpar work that resulted in us having to pay another contractor to come in and clean-up their work, including tile that was just unevenly slapped back on the borders. Adding insult to injury, BCS Restoration turned around and billed Safeco an unrealistic/exorbitant final mitigation bill many months later. We did not dispute it, we just wanted to be rid of them. Buyer Beware: Water damage is stressful enough; do not add to your stress by having this company come in and add to your headaches.
